About this Role
We’re looking for a Visual Designer to lead the charge in defining and executing innovative branding strategies for our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate with designers, writers, and project managers to deliver exceptional outcomes for some of the world’s most ambitious brands. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, including positioning, messaging, and tone of voice.
Conduct market research and audience analysis to uncover insights that inform brand strategies.
Collaborate closely with design and creative teams to ensure strategy aligns with visual and verbal brand elements.
Present strategies, creative concepts, and deliverables to clients, ensuring clarity and enthusiasm for the vision.
Lead workshops and discovery sessions with clients to define their vision, goals, and competitive edge.
Monitor branding and industry trends to keep clients ahead of the curve.
Guide and mentor junior strategists and team members as needed.
